Miss Me is a US-based denim brand that has been a staple in the fashion industry for decades. Whilst already on Shopify, their storefront was outdated and did not align with their target audience’s expectations. WIRO partnered with Miss Me to redesign and rebuild their website on Shopify 2.0, empowering the brand with greater control and laying the foundation for future growth.

WIRO's Approach & Process

WIRO collaborated with Miss Me to develop and implement a comprehensive solution:

  1. Shopify 2.0 Build: WIRO rebuilt the Miss Me website on the Shopify 2.0 platform, leveraging its enhanced features and flexibility.  This provided Miss Me with greater control over their online store's design and functionality.
  2. Redesign & Frontend Development: The new website design focused on creating a visually compelling and user-friendly experience that resonates with Miss Me's target audience
  3. Growth Retainer: Following the website launch, Miss Me engaged WIRO on a growth retainer to to focus on other initiatives to drive AOV and LTV of their customers and improve CRO.
  4. Loyalty Program Implementation: WIRO developed and implemented a Loyalty program to reward their loyal customers who have supported the brand for years.
  5. Enhanced Reviews and Returns: To further enhance the customer experience, WIRO integrated Loop to streamline the management of product reviews and returns, building trust and improving customer satisfaction.
