Weʼre looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our tech-
focused team. This role is ideal for new graduates or those looking to break into
the tech industry. As a Sales Development Representative, youʼll be responsible
for researching, sourcing leads, and conducting outreach via email and phone.
Youʼll work directly with our Head of Sales and have ample opportunities for
growth depending on your interests, including attending or organising events and
participating in marketing efforts.

proactive Sales Development Representative to help us source and engage

This role offers a blend of strategic and hands-on work, providing a great

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via email and phone to engage with prospective clients.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and refine sales strategies.
• Attend or organise events to promote our services and generate leads.
• Participate in marketing efforts to enhance our brand presence.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and commission-based goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and e-commerce.


Requirements


• UK Based.
• Strong interest in tech and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales
Navigator).
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.


Nice to Have


• An interest in wider marketing activities.
• Bachelorʼs degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in organising or participating in events.
• Familiarity with eCommerce or Shopify is a bonus, but not essential
