Competitive salary and bonus: Base salary dependant on experience + plus potential earnings of £2,500-£10,000/month. Uncapped.
Weʼre looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager / Head of Sales (DOE) to lead our tech-focused sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the tech and agency industry. As a Sales Manager / Head of Sales, youʼll be responsible for driving our sales strategy, managing a team of sales representatives, and expanding our client base. Youʼll work directly with our executive team and have ample opportunities for growth and impact within our rapidly expanding agency.

Responsibilities
- Lead on meeting sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Researching and sourcing new leads within our ICP.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tech sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
- Expand, lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and executives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
Requirements
- UK Based.
- Proven experience in a sales management or director role within the tech or eCommerce sector.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to analyse sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Background in organising or participating in industry events.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
About Our Team
We are a team of 15-20, largely UK based individuals specialised in Ecommerce and specifically, Shopify. Our production team comprises of seven Developers (Frontend and Full Stack), three Designers (UX and UI) , two QA's, and one Data Analyst.
Our Sales and Marketing team comprises of our Founder, Tom, a Head of Operations, a Marketing & Brand Ambassador and a Designer, all of which you'll be closely working with in your new role.
